Life Is a Journey; Embrace It! - by Natalie Brady

Hey I’m Natalie! I’m 36 years old and I have Turner syndrome (TS). I was diagnosed at the age of five. I have learned that what people think of you does not matter. It is what you think of you that truly matters.

Surround yourself with people that love you and make you want to be a better a person.

We each have a unique path that we are on. Life is a journey. It’s yours and yours alone. Life is supposed to be embraced so why not embrace it? Learn to love and accept yourself. Every part of it. You matter and your feelings are valid.
